We had a 2nd level floor so they had to carry multiple trips up and down the steps with bags of clothing, many storage tubes, and odds and ends of decorations. We couldn't have been happier with their performance! Nice job gentlemen! "TL;DR: Great connection from EML; Leave It Moving is an excellent, well-led team; I'm recommending them to everyone I know; I won't move with anyone 've moved a lot, and hiring moving labor is like rolling dice--you don't know what you're going to get until they arrive, and then, if it's bad, it's too late. We decided to go with Elite Moving Labor for that reason--they have a national reputation to maintain, by making good, local connections, one at-a-time. We figured we'd either feel really smart, or really stupid, after going through a labor broker. EML connected us to Leave It Moving in Kansas City. We received a courtesy call from our team about 45 minutes before they arrived, and they were right on time. From the beginning, they inspired confidence. Their team lead (and business owner) has about 15 years moving experience, and leads from the front. He's a smart guy with a small, sharp team that know how to work as a unit. They've obviously done enough jobs together that they communicate very efficiently, which moves things had a big move--these four guys set a fast pace from the beginning, and maintained it through *twelve* hours. They were totally committed to getting our job done for us in an exemplary manner. They packed two very full, 26ft truck-loads for our short, local move. We had zero damage--none, not one thing. Neither their attentive care to our things, nor their professional courtesy, dipped at all through a long, hot move. There were no bad attitudes, there was no wasted time or effort, and there was no tension at all--they put us at ease from the start, and we remained so throughout the day, because we knew that we were in good was the best moving experience we've ever had, and we've had a few. We've hired full-service moves, we've done the self-load/pro driver cross-country thing, and we've rented a truck and contracted labor--we've tried it every way you can do it, more than once. If we move again, these guys will load and unload for us...and if they're not available for our move date, we'll change the date. We're feeling very smart right now for going through EML and getting connected to such an excellent team."
