"We were redecorating our upstairs and needed furniture moved from the second floor to the garage. This meant that several heavy and bulky oak pieces had to be maneuvered around a congested, winding staircase. I was concerned that the move be made safely and with no damage to the walls. The movers were exactly on time and immediately began by covering the corners and the handrails with padding. They worked quickly and were done with the move in half the time I had estimated. No damage to the movers or my walls. The guys were courteous and friendly. I would highly recommend them to others and would definitely use this service again."

"I appreciated the efforts of all three men. Both PODS appeared to have been loaded well. Unfortunately, one of my PODS was 2000 pounds overweight and the driver was not going to take the POD because its loader could not lift it. Told me that the issue seemed to be heavy weight toward the end of the POD. He showed me this as he attempted to hoist the POD. I tried to mention this concern to one of the moving guys to balance the POD as they went along... to which my comment was met with a reaction that essentially put my comment in the trash. Therefore, my concern, ignored, ended up where we had a POD and an issue that had to be approved by management so the driver could attempt to lift it while not breaking his hoisting system. I know it is difficult to know "how much" to stuff into a POD to meet weight expectations. However, if a customer says, "have you balanced the POD"... reassure the customer rather than make the person feel like they are a dump. Because in the end... I was right. I found a broken small shampoo bottle thrown at my curb. Pieces from something (looked like its cap) crushed near the garage door. And, a piece of glass from something on my dining room floor (more concerning). There was an incident when a crash was heard in the dining room causing my chandelier to swing fast back and forth and my stuff lying on the floor (along with an expensive tall lamp). We appreciate the efforts of these men. They all appeared to be professional and caring. However, with some of the mysteries that remain... let's just hope the glass I found on the dining room floor was not from something important or special."
