"DAVID AND CREW WERE VERY GOOD. HAD TO CHANGE TO SUNDAY MORNING TIME, SINCE THE DRIVER OF THE U-HAUL TRUCK WAS DELAYED ON PLANE FLIGHT AND MOVERS WERE VERY ACCOMDATING. THANKS FOR GREAT SERVICE AND WILL USE AGAIN IN FUTURE WHEN NEEDED. KEN ROY. "
Ken White Heath customer"Dave and James from Budget Moving Help were wonderful movers: They managed to safely move two bedroom sets, a heavy 32" tube TV, my 65" Olevia LCD TV (likely the heaviest flatscreen ever made), five bins of fragile items, and a lot of unusually large and heavy boxes into my new apartment in about an hour's time on a day with biting cold winds, and they even reassembled my wooden-framed bed afterwards. They were also very friendly, and it was great to see a father and son working together as partners. The only area for improvement might be communication: They arrived within the scheduled time window, but they called to say they were on their way more than an hour earlier, and I had started to wonder if something went wrong until they actually showed up (Dave lives farther away, so if I recall correctly, they were simply starting their drive from much farther away than I expected). That said, they were excellent where it matters, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!"
Michael Champaign customer"Scheduled to arrive 9-11. Arrived at 9:45, Introduction, walk through and started loading truck immediately. All three movers had their own dolly and used as needed. A small glitch in that they hadn't prepared for unloading truck at new location and had to drop off/pick up another mover so were unable to follow us to unload location about 70 miles away. We went ahead and started unloading truck awaiting their arrival due to necessity of getting rental truck back. Overall very pleased. Only suggestion I might have would be less cell phone use although I can't say that caused any delays. All were friendly and made our move much easier and less stressful. I would request their services if future move needed."
