"I am so pleased with the service that the four young men provided to us today by transporting our walk in tub from our garage, through our patio door, and to our upstairs master bedroom because the tub was too wide to be moved through a regular door. "My housemate and I hired First Class Movers for two hours to help us load and unload our uhaul and move across town. They made every step of the move way easier than I thought it would be. They confirmed an appointment for me almost immediately after I requested it. I didn't hear from them after that until moving day, when they texted me a couple of hours before my appointment to confirm directly with me. They showed up a few minutes before their scheduled arrival window started and immediately got to work. They knew that I wanted to get everything done without paying for additional hours, and were awesome about checking the time and staying on track. If you are hiring them to help you load/unload your own rental truck, make sure to find your own padding for them to use while packing your furniture. They arrived in a small car with a hand truck and straps to secure the furniture, but I had to supply the padding. I didn't have much but they were great at using what I had to protect my furniture. They drove separately to the new place, which was included in the time we had hired them of our bed frames was too big to move in one piece, but they quickly took it apart for us, moved it, and put it back together in the new place. They moved everything carefully up three (!) flights of stairs without complaint. All of our furniture made it to its new home without in all, this was a great experience. It was fast, a great price, and way less stressful than I thought it would be. The movers were completely professional and very friendly. If I move again I will absolutely hire these guys! "
