That was thanks to their efficiency, speed and muscle. Plus they were so sweet and kind, very professional too. “The 2 movers were very polite. However, they were not efficient. Rather than using a hand truck to transport multiple boxes from the pod to the front door, they carried boxes one at a time. In addition, I felt as if they walked extremely slow and were busy talking to one another. I KNOW they could have finished the job in 2 hrs. But it took over 2 hrs even though my daughter and I pretty much emptied the 12' container by ourselves. I would never hire them again. I felt very awkward when they asked for a gratuity. I wish I had enough nerve to tell them that I was very disappointed in their work ethic. But they were so polite I didn't have the heart to express my feelings to their face.”
