MovingLabor.com is an online marketing and lead generation platform that connects consumers seeking moving labor services (loading, unloading, packing, in-home labor) with independent third-party moving service providers.

MovingLabor.com:

• Is NOT a motor carrier
• Is NOT a household goods carrier
• Is NOT a freight carrier
• Is NOT a transportation company
• Does NOT employ moving crews
• Does NOT directly perform moving labor services
• Does NOT own trucks or moving equipment
• Does NOT supervise on-site labor

We generate and forward customer inquiries to independent, licensed, and/or insured moving service providers or brokers who may contact you directly to provide quotes, scheduling, and services.

By using this website, you acknowledge and agree that MovingLabor.com acts solely as a referral and marketing platform.

Any service agreement for moving labor services is solely between:

• You (the customer), and
• The independent moving service provider who contacts you.

MovingLabor.com is not a party to any service contract between you and the service provider.

We do not:

• Control how services are performed
• Supervise crews
• Guarantee pricing
• Guarantee availability
• Guarantee service quality
• Provide insurance coverage for moves

All pricing, scheduling, service scope, liability terms, and payment arrangements are handled directly between you and the third-party provider.

All services are provided by independent third parties at your own discretion and risk.

All service providers referred through our platform are independent contractors or independent businesses.

They are NOT:

• Agents

We do not control:

• Hiring practices

• Insurance policies

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Personal injury
• Delays

• Loss of items
• Improper packing

• Truck accidents
• Service disputes

• Worker negligence
• Insurance claim denials

Our total liability, under any theory of law, shall not exceed:

$100 USD or the amount paid directly to MovingLabor.com (if any), whichever is less.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NGA Group Inc. and MovingLabor.com from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or legal expenses arising from:

• Your agreement with a third-party provider
• Any dispute between you and a service provider
• Misrepresentation of move details
• Unsafe job site conditions

You agree that you are solely responsible for:

• Reviewing service contracts before signing
• Purchasing additional moving insurance if desired
• Securing building access and permits
• Disconnecting utilities and appliances
• Safeguarding valuables

MovingLabor.com does not provide valuation coverage or moving insurance.

Service providers may refuse or cancel services based on:

• Unsafe conditions
• Hazardous materials
• Improper preparation
• Non-payment
• Misrepresentation of job scope

MovingLabor.com is not responsible for cancellation fees or forfeited deposits charged by providers.

You may not:

• Submit false information
• Impersonate another person
• Use automated scraping systems
• Interfere with site functionality
• Use the site for unlawful purposes

We reserve the right to block access at our discretion.

Any dispute between you and MovingLabor.com shall be resolved through:

Binding arbitration in the State of New Jersey.

You waive:

• Consolidated claims

This does not apply to disputes between you and third-party providers.
