“Regarding all grades of only 4 stars, this grade was mainly based on the fact that during the process, one of the three loaders (I can't recall his name) hurt his back while on the trailer. This stalled the process by almost 2 hours as he could not work and we had to wait for a replacement. We did authorize the remaining two loaders to continue as we had to have this completed by a specific time of day. Frankly, before his injury, the pace was slower than preferred. He also took many mini-breaks worrying about his music, not having his wireless speaker charged and just in general, spent a lot of time talking about him and his life. After he left and his replacement arrived, things went much quicker. Flip, the team leader, was very apologetic for the performance of the loader that hurt himself. We realize this was not his fault and we told him as much. Frankly, I believe this injury was questionable to begin with. However, we wanted him to do what was best for him and his health. Flip and the other loader that stayed were awesome! The replacement, Brandon, was awesome too and the 3 were much quicker at loading. As far as the last question and only a rating of 4 stars, this was based on the aforementioned as well as the fact that this load took 8 hours. Myself, having experience in this field, this load should not have taken any more than 4 hours. That said, we do like the easy to use function of your company and will more than likely use Elite for the unload. However, we will make it a point to stay on top of this and ensure the unload takes less than the minimum 3 hours, as it should. If you would like to discuss this further, I can be reached at the mobile number I furnished when booking. ”
