Hire Hourly Moving Labor in Three Bridges, New Jersey

“They were considerate in arranging the time of arrival so that they didn't have to wait for nothing before the truck came. They moved several heavy items out of the basement like a washing machine and a big tool box. They worked fast. Nothing to complain about the 4 men crew except for common mover problems: they moved some furniture on the side other than the axial despite our objection but luckily enough, they agreed to put them back on the truck how it should be after some negotiation. They insisted on wrapping up everything before moving even after we signed the waiver of responsibility of not using their blankets and charging us on the paper which actually broke in the process of moving from the residence to the truck. Please don't get me wrong here, I didn't mind paying them hadn't it for the surprising "paperwork", only didn't like unnecessary work that didn't serve the purpose. So just a tip to whoever needs to work with movers: wrap up whatever there is (just for the mover's sake or they wouldn't move it) and make sure all sides are securely protected as no one cares about the force bearing side during the move. They stacked the boxes pretty well, better than what we normally could do, only quite some of the furniture were loaded empty. I wished to put boxes in the furniture after it was loaded to the truck, saving room and add support from inside the furniture, but obviously it wasn't their practice. Things get stacked as per their shape not necessarily the physical supporting side. Perhaps next time I'll ask for less people so that they wouldn't pack more stuff before I could get a chance to fill the furniture with boxes. All of the guys worked hard as we had a lot of stuff. I'd recommend them.”

Dawon was expert at positioning/repositioning the items in our 12' storage pod. I was worried my garage stuff  would not fit, but Dawon made sure to utilize every nook and cranny. He asked questions to clarify, read the labels I had on the boxes. put the lightweight items at the top. I would definitely use Top Shelf again and for recommending them. I am happy to know that Dawon and Mike will be back to do the unloading in a few weeks. Definitely recommend!”

“I don't know if it is because I used Moving Labor, or what, but I never knew what company I was working with. I was concerned initially that two random people pulled up in a car (no uniform, no signage, nothing) while I was moving stuff inside. At the end of the amazing job they did do I was handed a cell phone to pay cash only for the remaining. This was never indicated. Why would I give my credit card to Moving Labor if they are not the actual company and they did not even tell me who was moving my stuff?!?! Only through this survey do I see that I used Elite Moving, and Temple Labor. If I were afraid of being in a new state and new people this would have been an extremely intimidating situation. Thank goodness the two gentleman who helped me during my move were---gentlemen. They were nice, very fast, had a sense of humor, and showed extreme patience. I would hire them and recommend them anytime. Brody, the supervisor, did not show any professionalism when talking to me on the phone at the beginning nor when requesting my cash after the fact. ”
