“This was the seond time we contracted with Elite Movers to provide labor for a move in the Chapel Hill, Durham, NC areas. The first experience was great and the second session was eventually great. We had a late time change after initially setting up our contract by phone. There was a miscommunications between the Elite office and the local crew manager that resulted in a delay. However, unlike so many experiences we all have with organizations, the local cre manager, upon receiving my call early Sunday morning and explaining he had not been made aware of the change, snapped immediately into action. He called me back immediately. He apologized. He raced to the site ultimately geting there only about 1 1/2 hours past the window and proceeded to hustle with his team to get the job completed quickly, professionally and with care. To help us defray added cost incurred with our trunk rental which were a direct result of the scheduling mishap, the local crew leader refunded us a portion of the labor charge and had that to us within just a day or two after the move. I will call Elite again and again and again. Yes, there was a hiccup but they reacted, communicated, worked even harder to fix the problem, did a great job and offered some financial satisfaction as well. This is a top-notch, professional, friendly, fair, communicative organization and I highy recommend them to anyone seeking similar moving services. Jack Cary ”
