This was the worst moving experience I have had in the past 20 years... the movers were so rude and reluctant to do any additional work (even still had much time left). The movers arrived on time and at first, we had good communications and everyone was happy. I needed help to assemble the beds and click this requirement in the moving labor web page as well, but one of the movers suddenly got very angry when heard this assembly request and crudely yelled "I only assembled the furnitures that I disassembled, and do not order me to do anything. Why cannot you do the assembly yourself". Though after some negotiations, the movers agreed to assemble the bed, but kept showing us an angry face, and assembled the beds roughly and heavily.... and at last, they asked for tips on payment. We are willing to, and actually gave tips for every move.. but this time, we were so unhappy and relucant to gave tips to such bad attitude. The tips we gave this time was not for gratitude, but for the threat and the scary of fighting. We will never never use them again.
