Over all Max Movers did a great job however I felt they could have been more prepared. Based on talking to the guys they were not provided with what I would think was necessary harness and straps to move heavy objects up stairs. One pro was communicating with Willy as he answered quickly. I was overall satisfied but felt there was room for improvement and protection for the guys to make their job easier and also more efficient.
