“I have used movers for many of  my past moves and generally end up with the same complaints about all of them.  You can expect 3 things typically: smoke breaks every 45 min for 15 min, moving very slow in the beginning, then too fast in the end.  You'll see this if you read other reviews for other companies on this site as well. These movers however, did none of that. There were on time, moved at a normal pace the whole time, and packed the truck with mind boggling efficiency. I still cannot believe how much stuff they got in there. They were also pleasant to be around and communicated well.  Hands down the best experience I've ever had with movers.”

“Overall positive experience and was efficient to where they completed the job under the planned time.  Feedback would be for them to improve their professional look maybe company  tshirts or some professional logo.   Also the contract states balance payment is due in cash or credit card.    They weren’t prepared to accept credit card and asked me as the customer to call moving labor to figure payment out which isn’t an acceptable approach.   I just drove to the atm and got them cash as a quick resolution which is a small inconvenience to the customer.   I understand they were new and just need a little training.   Other than that, experience was great.   Very respectful and hard working.    ”
