“Basically a good group of guys but seemed to be lacking in experience. Found multiple items (large speakers laying on the backs with boxes stacked on face of speaker!), many boxes stacked on sides or upside down when they were clearly marked as to proper orientation. Overall the job got done but they were very lucky that more damage was not done. What damage did happen was more related to the angle that the truck had to be parked to unload and not from careless handling. More experience would have helped a lot and probably some type of basic moving techniques training course.”

“The two movers that arrived worked hard, and did a fantastic job. I couldn't have been more pleased with them individually. Their employer, on the other hand, was not as professional. The day before my move he told me he wanted to send 3 movers instead of 2 so they could finish the job faster (he was concerned about rain in the afternoon.) He did not tell me that he was going to charge me for the additional mover. Fortunately Elite Moving Labor contacted me to verify a change in my order before I was charged additional. The movers also arrived without any moving equipment after being told by their employer that I would be providing my own. Booking online with Elite Movers, I was told that the moving equipment would be provided. I would hire the individual movers again, and would book through Elite Movers again. I would not hire J Quinn, Inc. It was a dishonest tactic to get me to pay an additional fee.”
