Movers were on time, supplied hand truck and dolly. Moved items carefully- nothing damaged. Dressers were moved with clothes inside. Very polite and courteous.

Unfortunately I never received service. They called almost 2 hours after I left a message. Told me they were on their way. Then called back with phone issues and would be even later. Unfortunately I didn’t believe the excuses and canceled them.

DO NOT BOOK AND PAY A DEPOSIT. THE DEPOSIT YOU PAY DOESN'T GO TO THE MOVING COMPANY IT GOES TO MOVINGLABOR WHICH DOESN'T GO TOWARDS YOUR MOVE COST! These were the worst movers I've ever encountered. It took
them 8 hours to load a two-bedroom apartment. The company's owner continued
calling them every hour, requesting them to take images of their progress,
which should have been the first warning sign. To circumvent the owners' every
hr picture request, they would pull stuff out of one room and sit them in the
hallway while taking pictures. They would then take the items from the corridor
and place them in the front lobby of my apartment building and then took
pictures of an empty apartment as if they were completely done (I reside in
downtown Milwaukee). My apartment management staff sent me several concerns.

11/21/2023Portable Storage Unload Be sure to read the fine print because there was another fee that was not expected. Asked movers to take a refrigerator downstairs around the house but they decided to take it through the house down the stair well and it was moved end over end so I’m not sure if it will even be functioning when plugged in.
