The lead mover was very rude. He had an attitude about assembly furniture and questions why he had to put things together. He took the base of my bed and threw it in my garage without ask where I want. He did not put the screw with frame. If I use the frame I will need to buy new screws. He also complained about the distance he had to travel to my home. The other two movers were professional. The lead is the reason for the low rating.
