Response from Ring a Bell Moving:

We serviced the customer on August 29th. Customer needed a 26ft truck. Customer only rented a 20ft truck. Some items were left behind because there was no more room on the truck. The customer did not provide any blankets or mattress covers. Customer was informed that items would not be fully protected on the truck during transit. We loaded the customers truck to the best of our ability while keeping in mind that we needed to load in a way to help prevent damages. After the job, the customer asked us to come back a few days later and load the rest, but we did not go back there because we didnt have the availability. Customer listed on the website that they are not likely to rehire us, but customer tried to rehire us after the load job? Doesnt make sense.
