Great work; however, failed to show up at job-site without any working tools - needed for furniture assembly. Had to borrow tools from neighbors. A little concerning., but overall a success. Thank you, John

Did not have to borrow anything - furniture assembly was not in your work order. Unloading the 16ft container in under the 2 hours completed your contract. Staying for the remaining time to rearrange furniture was a courtesy we gladly give to all our customers. At your last minute request, we completed an additional service and assembled all your furniture in under an hour. We typically have tools with us regardless but this was an error on your part, not ours. Your review is based on a service we were not hired to do originally - we did it as a courtesy to you and at our inconvenience, not yours.
