The communication and the movers were great.  They did everything they could to make the move easy.  However, they did not bring tools or dollys or any kind of moving blankets etc so just be sure everyone is aware of that need.  They worked with the tools I had and we ran out and bought what was needed so it worked out.  And Helena worked with me on pricing to compensate so all in all I’d recommend.  Much easier than asking my 50-60 year old friends and family to move heavy furniture

They were not prepared with any necessary equipment not even a screw driver,  just a dolly that was not properly utilized.  Carrying one item at a time wasting time..

Wow I am totally lost for words I am sorry that your experience with us what's that bad I will definitely definitely make sure that my movers go through training again this is something that is totally unacceptable and I just don't know what to say except I'm sorry but may I please ask you this if they were so bad why did you give them a tip?

They are professional and easy communicated. The only problem is that they dropped one box on ground, and one cup is damaged inside. They could finish the work every efficiently, and like their name, it's quite gentle, they didn't make scratch on my house while working. So I will recommend them to others.
