6/20/2021Truck Unload

Movers were slow and unorganized.  Main guy left for an hr leaving 3 movers instead of the 4 I paid for. One sat in the grass resting for long periods of time, and while not resting would carry in a picture frame at a time.  They were very slow, not finishing and leaving us to finish the job.  It took this company longer to unload than the company we used to load.  If you want a bunch of unprofessional guys throwing your stuff around and needing constant direction and motivation these are your guys.  Would never use again.

Sorry you feel that way. You said everything went well and even tipped the guys saying how good of a job they did until there was a problem with your check not being accepted at the bank. We also attempted to move an "UNLISTED" item over 400LBS for free too even tho that was an extra charge. When I was accepting payment from you and I asked how everything went and offered to stay and unload the remaining boxes which was only about 6ft of boxes left and you said no that yall would finish it and just wanted us to get the big stuff amd was bragging how good they were. I didn't know that a customers faulty payment means we did crappy work but we will work on us on our end and we appreciate your feedback.

The services we received were far below our expectations, especially for the price. The men that arrived spent a lot of time taking breaks, smoking, and discussing what to do or move next as opposed to actually completing the task. When they left for the day we still had a garage full of items and lots of work we then had to complete on our own. As an added insult, we had to pay over $150 above our quoted amount because they took so long (mostly due to poor time management skills). We would definitely not recommend this company to anyone.
