She went above and beyond to ensure I was kept informed, even after business hours. Please give her a raise!!!! The movers were very professional. They arrived on time and moved my furniture with care. Nothing was damaged. Matt and I had to do most of the heavy lifting. They did a decent job, were very nice and tried hard. The one boy was quiet and just did. The other boy, complained that things were heavy and he couldn't lift, or move or hold onto things. I took the heavy ends or Matt. They spent a lot of time trying to figure out the best way to get items moved easily. The truck was loaded in an order that worked for them versus how all moving companies state things should be loaded. They tried. Sometimes a couple stood around while Matt or i were moving things and not a good use of my paid time. They all should have been working. I questioned your company on the knowledge of their packing and wrapping, loading skills. I was assured this was a professional company. They struggled with how to wrap glass and furniture items. I had blankets, cardboard, shrink wrap, mattress covers. It was not all used. Or the mattress covers at all. I would consider them more of a lifting, labor company versus a professional packing and moving. They did work hard and tried do nothing against them. Your company needs to know what your staff knows how to do or not and train them accordingly. They were nice boys. Give Matt an i a raise. They deserve it. If it were not for they are muscle and my husbands help, not sure some items would have been moved.

12/12/2016Portable Storage Unload The movers that showed up were super friendly and highly motivated. It made the day go by fast and unstressed. It was great to have them and wish more people out there enjoyed working as much as they did even in the super cold temp!!
