I will NEVER recommend In a Jiffy to anyone. They were supposed to arrive between 12 and 2 pm but they did not arrive until 4:15, over 2 hours late! Akim, the manager, said they would be there at 3:30 and when I called him to see where they were, I could not get in touch with him and his phone voicemail was full. The movers did a terrible job loading the truck and they broke some furniture. To add insult insult to injury, Akim wanted to charge an additional hour because they went to a second location, even though I made this clear in the reservation request. They clearly need to work on their hiring of adequate and professional movers, and customer service skills. Akim never once apologized for the movers being late or them breaking our furniture. Don't hire them or you will be sorely disappointed. Them being late really screwed up our packing and logistics of moving.
