Movers did not show up. After I left a voice mail 30 minutes after the arrival window, I received a call back saying both guys had covid and they could have guys arrive in a few hours. I was driving to AZ after the van was loaded so that wouldn't work. We had already packed 1/3 of the van the night before due to an incoming monsoon storm and wanted to get an earlier start. They did bring a nice guy over to help but he wasn't very experienced. When the owner came to pick up the guy, he was helping to finish loading my 'last minute stuff' boxes. He basically threw them in the cargo trailer with a complete lack of respect for the contents. One box had my laptop in it. A number of boxes were crushed when we unloaded them including the one with my laptop. It's very surprising that nothing was broken. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Guys showed up on time…and worked well for the first hour or so but complained of being tired, took a lot of breaks, and eventually stopped moving my stuff and sat in their van. My truck did not get fully loaded, and we ended up having to load it ourself the next day. It was very stressful on a moving day to not have adequate help.
