Spoke to before, during and after the move. He indicated everything was going well and never raised any issues. The move was completed within the allotted time and everything needed to be moved was unloaded and packed efficiently into the storage unit. The wheel broke off while moving an extremely heavy Cherry oak dresser. He had several of those. The movers had two Dollie’s and they used the back up which did not affect the move in any way. Again the move was completed within the estimated time and their was no issues or damages to the items many of which were extremely heavy pieces. We also moved a safe. The crew member had a relative in the car watching the dog while they worked. At no time did it interfere or disrupt the move. We will however take note of that and ensure he has a dog sitter. However again the dog never ran out the vehicle or interfered with the move in any way. We wish you al the best.
