The movers were professional but did not follow directions on where to place the items once taken off the truck. Areas where to place items were clearly marked and the boxes were clearly marked as to which room items were to be placed but they were placed in the wrong area leaving me to move the boxes to the correct areas to unpack.

I originally had my move for Saturday pick up, but they had some truck trouble and reschedule to do my entire move on Sunday including hauling myself ( it was originally i was going to drive the uHaul). The guys were so nice and professional and got in and out. I have had 3 nightmare moves and this move was a breathe of fresh air to have my stuff taken care of. I will definitely be using Helpful movers in the future!
