Frank and Tom were beyond efficient and professional. The entire contents of my house disappeared into the truck in a matter of minutes... well, about a day less that it would have taken me. Skilled at packing / they're already packing as Frank said while they're looking at what's in the house. I drove 1000 miles and there were lots of bumps. Nothing moved an inch.

8/24/2020Portable Storage Load One individual was struggling to keep the mask over his nose. I would have been much happier if his mask had been over his nose and mouth. But other than that they were very professional and accommodating.

We hired MyBuddy to load our moving truck from a storage unit as we moved from Massachusetts to Indiana. I cannot say enough good things about them!
They were very communicative from the beginning, and the energy and positivity they brought to loading a 26 foot truck first thing in the morning was very encouraging! We hired 2 buddies for 5 hours, anticipating that we would be right in the trenches clearing out our packed 10x20 unit, but they emptied the unit by themselves in about 2-2.5 hours, all the while keeping up that communication, positivity, and energy.
We also appreciated their honesty and experience. They took the time to also load a trailer we brought and teach us the best way to strap things down.
They sent me a picture of each wall they built in the truck, and these guys are SERIOUSLY professional Tetris players. This was super helpful as we knew where everything was when it came time to unpack.
They strapped everything down in the truck and checked that things wouldn't wiggle loose. Since we drove it ourselves we knew we'd be risking some damage, but nothing had budged. If we could have packed them up and brought them here to unload, we would have! I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Great crew to work with who clearly cared about doing the best job and treating all our things as if they were priceless!

6/8/2020Portable Storage Unload MyBuddy Movers was a wonderful company to work with and I’m so glad I chose them for my move. Our moving plans were chaotic due to the pandemic and our move-in date was changed several times. MyBuddy was incredibly flexible, professional and made the process as smooth as it could be. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to move in the Boston area!
