3/25/2021Truck Load & Unload Kiki movers came to my storage unit 1 hour late and with a relative who obviously never moved a piece of furniture. I was a guinea pig. Blankets were in plain site but not used and my furniture was extremely damaged. There was no professionalism as this young man was belittled throughout this move which made me extremely uncomfortable and nervous

Did not know that the deposit collected did not go to the mover's. In the future, MovingLabor should make that disclosure. Kiko's, on the other hand, were transparent and excellent!
