1/2/2022Truck Load & Unload The guys were great and hard working. We thought the truck could have been packed a little more evenly and stacked better. There was a lot of unused space because it could have been stacked more proportionately and there was more weight on one side of the truck making it unsafe and easily tipped.

I explained to the agent before booking the job that I needed someone skilled at dismantling/reassembling a large sofa so it could be moved to another room. He checked with the moving company, and he told me "no problem." I explained the same to pne of the movers the day before the job. Again "No problem." "WE DON'T DO THAT!" come job day. Now we are out the $200 minimum charge and no closer to what we need done.
