Both movers had a very calming influence over the loading of the truck. As a major move it could have been much worse, if not for their demeanor. And their loading skills were DEFINITELY needed before arrival at destination! An accident occurred suddenly on an interstate, causing sudden and harsh braking by our driver, however the load was so secure that there was no shifting nor breakage. These movers (Brock and Ricus) ARE EXCELLENT!!! THANK YOU GENTLEMEN!!!

Hard working and professional. These guys didn't stop until the job was completed. They unloaded a twenty six foot truck in one hour and forty minutes and did not damage anything. Definitely will use them again and will recommend them to friends and family.

They came 4.5 hour late (6:30pm instead of 2:00pm but the office lady had tried to communicate with me throughout the waiting time and looked for alternatives). The 2 movers came unprepared as they didn't have any equipments. I provided my own dolly for them to speed up the move, even though it was not the heavy duty one. They wouldn't use the ramp to make path up to the trailer (their choice but it seemed like they didn't know how to install the ramp). They did a terrible job at arranging the items (I rent a Upack trailer for 10 feet long and any additional foot costs 75$). They ended up just placing the items on the trailer which took up 16 feet ( that would have cost me $450 extra). And they wouldn't put up the bulkhead after that (which movers should know how to-with available instruction right on the wall of the trailer-but they never looked at it and refused to put up). My husband (who rushed back home that night) and I had to re-arrange our stuffs first thing in the morning (we just arranged half of the front and moved things back behind the 10 feet line pretty easily), put up the bulkhead to close up our stuffs (again, very easily, we are not moving professionals and it's our first time doing it, unfortunately). This was my 4th move in the last several years. I always hired movers and my first time with such terrible experience. The other companies were superiorly different (some would dissemble the furniture for me and wrap them carefully as well). When I called the owner of the service after the job, he apologized and asked for sympathy as that was the 4th job of the day for the movers (?) I did feel bad when someone was overworked but asking for sympathy for a terrible service is not how the business was run. I was charged total of 190 for 2 hours (when I signed up for a 3 hours service at $295). They finished the job horribly while there was time for it to make it better (!????) I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone. PROS: at least one guy was honest and said that he didn't how to put up the ramp and the bulkhead. He was working hard too.
