9/7/2024Truck Load & Unload The guys who helped us were so kind and truly went above and beyond with helping us move furniture and unwieldy appliances. Additionally, I was on the verge of a panic attack for a multitude of reasons and they were so compassionate and caring, trying to help talk me down. Truly wonderful experience with our moving help!

Originally scheduled 3 people for 4 hours, when they arrived and inventoried everything, they thought they should be done in less than four hours. Well had to keep going back and redoing things that 1 guy did costing more time and money in wrapping materials so I ended up having to pay an extra hour because they didn’t get done and that was with my help and another my items arrive to my new location, I couldn’t believe the way they have packed the truck. There were boxes on the bottom that were smashed and broken items and that were labeled fragile but they put the small boxes on the bottom. My mattress had slid, they didn’t cover Furniture well that I told him I wanted covered ahead of other Furniture, things got scratched and have tape marks on my furniture where they had tape and no blankets.

I was very pleased with how quick the guys moved to load the truck. However, not too thrilled with having my ceiling fan broken due to lack of awareness of surroundings. Mistakes happen but not too aware and cautious.
