Bay County Movers were a very kind little group of people, but are not movers. The reason I hired movers was so that my husband and I wouldn’t need to move things, and could focus on getting things quickly organized inside as our things were being moved in. Well, my husband ended up having to help a lot, and helped carry the heaviest items we had which we were trying to avoid having him do. A neighbor of ours even jumped in and helped. Then, Bay County Movers had the actual nerve to charge us for the extra hour they were here. I should have asked if we were getting paid something for all of our labor. Essentially, we way over paid for very poor “moving service.” I would not recommend them for moving.

Could not have asked for a better crew. It was 172 degrees in our move day but these guys plowed through without a single ly, personable, and absolutely made the process enjoyable. Highly recommended.

Some bulky items needed to be moved and the crew lacked carrying straps that would have made the job a lot easier. Very determined and conscientious to please. Job well done
