Thanks for the review sir, as you were informed 3 movers is a minimum of 3 hours. So yes you were charged the full amount. Yes you were called at 9 am, we give a two hour window of arrival which I’m sure you were aware of yours was 8-10 am. You movers arrived at 9:45 am and started not 10:00 am, you were cut a break and the driver wrote 10:00 am on the paperwork. But he also took photos of the loading job inside the truck and those photos show 9:37 am. But ok, as far as the communication goes we tried to call you when we accepted the job and your phone went to voicemail, with a full voicemail box. So we could not leave a message. And you are correct we did not call back until the day of your move. And Yes we only accept cash payments on moving help jobs. It seems as if you wanted a discount because we arrived within our 2hr window. Or because we finished quickly. Regardless we appreciate the review everyone needs at least 1 bad review thanks for being our first. Sir
