The two men that handled the job moved a beast of a piece of furniture. No straps. Just arms and lower back. Impressive. Highly recommend this outfit.

The movers did a good job but showed up about an hour after the end of the 2-hour arrival window. One of the movers kept asking to use my phone as a wifi hotspot to call his girlfriend, which was fine but a little weird. At the end of the job, the movers said that their boss, Brandon, had blocked them on Facebook and was refusing to pay them, which is really not okay if true. Overall I would not recommend this company. The labor was good but I was sketched out.
