They were very patient with me when I was late arriving at my storage facility room that they were scheduled to help empty and load onto a truck. I had trouble getting the 26 foot rental truck that they were going to load. Plus they actually arrived a little earlier than their scheduled time. I had to go to 3 different locations of the truck rental company I used, before I was able to get the truck I had reserved. I arrived 1 hour late but Thunderhorse Moving waited patiently for me. I am so glad that they did not leave and stayed to help me with loading. They were extremely professional, quick and efficient. They had no trouble loading anything. They even saved me $10 because they brought their own hand trucks which I hadn't even requested. So glad they thought ahead because I was also having problems locating a Hand Truck to move my heavy appliances and furniture. They brought a ray of light into a difficult day. Thank you Thunderhorse Moving. I would use you again if I had not moved to another state. I will be recommending you to all my relatives and friends still in the Greater Los Angeles area.

10/20/2017Portable Storage Load The guys from Thunder horse Moving were fantastic. They were friendly, knowledgeable in service, and worked very professionally. I was amazed how fast they completed the move and took care of all my belongings. They treated my stuff like it was their own!!!!
