What happens to my scheduled move?

All existing moves scheduled through 1/31/2025 are confirmed and will proceed as planned. You can rest assured that our team is committed to ensuring your move goes smoothly. We encourage you to contact your mover directly if you have any questions or if you need to make changes. You can find the contact information for your mover in your confirmation summary.

Can I still book a move?

While we are no longer accepting new orders, customers with an existing reservation can still rebook their move as needed.

What if I need to make changes to my scheduled move?

Please contact your mover directly as soon as possible to discuss any changes or updates to your reservation.

What if there is an issue with my scheduled move?

Please reach out to vendor support, and we will work with you to address the issue promptly.

Will customer support still be available?

Customer Support will continue to provide limited support through January 2025. Please submit a support ticket.

Can I still access my booking requests?

Yes, customers with existing orders (past or future) can still access the order details, submit a review, and view contact information for the mover booked until the end of January 2025.

Can I still review the movers that I booked?

Yes, you will be able to submit a review for your movers until the end of January 2025.
